Another year is coming to a close. We’ve seen a lot in 2014 when it comes to the world of SaaS and cloud. has been a dynamic year for CRM. A lot has been written about personalization, Big Data, PaaS a focus on customer experience, and more. So with that in mind, here are some my favorite SaaS articles of 2014.
