Great Infographic: How B2B SaaS Companies Are Investing in Mobile

Mobile apps are prevalent in today’s world consumer electronics, from convenient lifestyle apps to mobile games to one-touch social media hubs. Integrating mobile technology is becoming a bigger priority for companies moving forward.

This infographic by Openview outlines some statistics about how B2B SaaS companies are investing in mobile development. 30% of companies are developing mobile apps as a supplement to primary web apps, and 30% have an equal emphasis on both mobile and web apps. 28% of companies are developing mobile as a primary focus, and only 12% on working mobile-only.

Contrary to what common wisdom might dictate, companies with mobile apps as a secondary strategy release apps much faster than companies with mobile apps as a primary focus.
